We courier within New Zealand and to Australia for small orders. Customer who reside in Australia, please order through www.pestrol.com.au. We also have physical stores in both NZ and Australia.
For large orders, will will freight to most parts of the world. Please discuss your requirements with us first. You can go to our contact page here and fill out the form. You simply put in your order number and email address you used when placing the order and it will show you the status.
Alternatively if you are logged in to your account you can view your order under your My Account page. If you need to return a product to us you will first need to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from us before returning any products.
You then simply box or bag the product in its original packaging, making sure it won’t get damaged in transit and send it by courier back to us at your expense.
You can also drop it into our office in Silverdale if you are Auckland based.
Please include your RAN, name, invoice number, and contact details in order for our team to process the return. Most of the time our products will get to you within 1-3 working days.
Sometimes delays happen outside of our control with courier companies but our aim is to get our products to you as quickly as possible. We courier all of our products. For large or overseas orders we will use a freight company. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us by telephone.
We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within thirty days from date of purchase.
